It’s time for your vision to be realized. With CRV@UR, the unique architectural elements you design will come to life – exactly the way you envisioned them. Watch the video to learn how CRV@UR takes your designs from blueprint to 3D model to finished masterpiece.
You don’t have the time or budget for surprises on the job. So when complex components show up on the plans, you need to know that they’ll be done right – and won’t hold up the entire job. Watch the video to learn how CRV@UR can save thousands of dollars and hours on your building project.
Framers are fast and efficient with the basics, but throw in some complex curves, and the job slows to a crawl. With CRV@UR, you can keep your framers doing what they do best, while we complete the complex projects off-site in a fraction of the time. Framers can simply leave a hole for the complex part and continue working. The entire assembly for your prefabricated part can often be wired, have windows installed and have the exterior trimmed, sided, insulated and even dry walled before its installed right into the existing framing.
On average, CRV@UR can install a part in just 3-5 hours that would normally take multiple people 2-3 weeks to build on-site.
Building complex components on the job site can never match the precision and accuracy of digital CNC technology. Complex projects built by hand often result in hours with a jigsaw, grinder and straightedges, shaving here and adding there to smooth out intersecting planes. In contrast, the cut on a CNC machine is perfect – and that means no more lumps or hours trying to sand the part back into shape or cover it with plaster or “hot mud.” Plus, only CRV@UR provides virtual 3D models ahead of time, so you know exactly what to expect.
With CRV@UR, the curved exterior trim cut is perfect – matched within thousandths, not quarters (or worse).
From better use of materials to time saved at the job site, CRV@UR helps you save money while delivering a superior product. The time saved building a complex component by hand means less days at the job site and less money spent on personnel and related costs. By reclaiming your workers’ time from difficult features, you can accomplish more work with the same team. And the final product is higher quality: engineered plywood is used for straighter, stronger components less prone to settlement cracks or the need for touch-ups.
Our components are inspired by airplane wings – light and strong with maximum use of material and reduced thermal transfer.
The team at CRV@UR doesn’t just know digital technology – we know construction. The founders of CRV@UR come from a construction background. In fact, it was a tough construction project that led them to look for a faster, more efficient way to approach complex architectural features.
